導遊及旅遊課程
威廉安格理斯學院成立於1940年，是澳洲最大及歷史最悠久的政府資助TAFE學院，也是澳洲一所『專門』提供飯店餐飲、旅遊觀光及烹飪烘焙行業的專業TAFE培訓學院。學校位於墨爾本市中心，在2013年也增設雪梨校區。每年招收約22,000位澳洲當地學生，及1,300位國際學生。威廉安格理斯學院提供AQF 3-AQF 4證書、AQF 5文憑、AQF 6高級文憑及AQF 7 學士學位課程。
學校提供專業和完善設施，校園內設有11間商業廚房、4個商業烘焙房、1間咖啡學院、3間飯店管理培訓中心，及1對外公共餐廳，學生可以把課程當中學習到的知識與技能，直接運作到實習餐廳中。學校熱門的旅遊觀光管理與飯店餐飲管理，課程期間提供實習機會，不僅可讓學生累積實際工作經驗，也幫助學生更了解技能方面，畢業後可更快速銜接進入職場環境。
